New Perspectives KC in now in-network with:
Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield,
UMR & United Healthcare

If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a billing statement that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It is the client's responsibility to understand their insurance benefits, how they will work within the counseling setting, and to submit the superbill to the insurance company.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a session, at least 24 hours advanced notice is required, or you will be charged for the full cost of the session.
You may also inquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you're unable to attend an in-person session.
Play therapy & EMDR can be done via telehealth.
